We can do a higher intensity circuits session to burn the calories or a lower intensity session to ease into cardio exercise mixed in with some muscular strength and endurance work with resistance bands, kettlebells and other bits of equipment. Or maybe Pilates is more your thing? Perhaps you want to work on your core strength, posture, flexibilty and stability.
The beauty of these sessions are that you can choose… we can even incorporate a blend of disciplines to do a mixed sessions of cardio, weights and Pilates toning exercises!
