Stretch out the legs and lower back as well as working on rotation through the spine to mobilise the joints.
🔸Seated wide, back straight knees facing up spine twist keeping shoulders down.
🔸Saw: rotate and reach over the opposite foot keeping arms wide and look behind.

Remember to keep the sitting bones engaged with the mat. If you find this tricky sit on a block or cushion.
