FitBuzz Pilates and HiiT classes are taught by Claire Brooks. Claire is based in Maidenhead and Cookham, Berkshire and teaches both in-person and live interactive online Pilates and HiiT classes.

Classes are suitable for both beginners and mixed ability students at a variety of fitness levels. There will be adaptations, modifications and progressions offered to suit all participants. The groups are friendly and encouraging. Come and see for yourself!

We are currently offering online packages of unlimited live and interactive Pilates and HiiT classes. Come to as many classes as you like per week of Pilates and HiiT for one fixed price. Select a find a class button below for more details.

ONLINE PILATES

Join us to improve your posture, strength, flexibility and mobility for live interactive online mixed ability Pilates classes with adaptations and modifications to suit everyone. All from the comfort of your own home.

HiiT classes

FitBuzz HiiT (high intensity interval training) classes are great fun. Short bursts of high intensity exercise with short rests. We tackle cardio and strength and toning exercises for an all over body workout!

IN-PERSON PILATES CLASSES

We are easing back into socially distanced in-person Pilates classes. Each person has their own space and equipment. All levels catered for - something to challenge everyone and some precious 'me' time.

Staying positive and optimistic during times like these can feel impossible, but it’s vital to your physical and mental well-being.

A body weight exercise is any exercise that uses only your own body weight as resistance (think push-ups, squats, burpees). So convenient because you don’t need lots of equipment.

Pilates has great benefits for the body and mind; there are no age or agility restrictions and a wide number of reasons as to why this form of exercise is now in the mainstream.

My name is Claire, I'm a busy mum of two, Radiographer and Fitness Instructor, I know only too well how hard it is to make time for yourself. So maybe this is the escape that you need! Or perhaps you're a new mum or recovering from an injury, in which Pilates is super restorative and will bring you back to strength in no time.
